Our work with Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail was focused on brand awareness and direct response elements for their online channels - driving awareness of their promotional student tickets within their target audience and increasing the number of tickets bought online.
A strategy that involved implementing PPC, targeted premium display ad campaigns, strategic social media engagement/promotion and advertising as well as making use of email sponsorship; all aimed at driving awareness of the campaigns and increasing online conversions.
Before activity began, sales targets for the student campaign were set at a +10% increase. The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA Ireland) tasked TinderPoint with improving their brand awareness online and increasing the number of online registrations of interest for the CPA qualification.
An integrated approach amplifying offline channels (radio, press, etc.) with strategic online campaigns involving PPC search and display, high impact display advertising and retargeting, social media mentions, promotion and advertising, email sponsorship and landing page optimisation.
Brand awareness and increased traffic to the CPA websites resulted in +223% increase in site visits year on year, with a considerable portion of these visitors were new to the site. In addition we achieved +120% more online conversions than the previous year.

During negotiations to buy Holiday Autos (HA) from Travelocity, an online traffic risk analysis of HA was required to rapidly identify potential business risks following the purchase as well as risk-avoidance measures required.
We provided a detailed analysis of the risks being carried by the various multilingual HA websites and how to minimise them.
